Hemat Karan Engineering Company (HECO)– Private Join Stock- was established in May in 1996 as an EPC general contractor for implementation of high voltage substations, transmission lines, renewable energies, automation and electrical installation, utilities and industrial complex.

Hemat Karan Have been designed and constructed more than 100 projects in IRAN, at international technical and managerial standards. Most of them on time and some ahead of schedule, while maintaining a high standard of quality using new technologies and standards.
